Dup uses on-device face detection to find every photo and video containing a specific person. You choose who to remove, review the matches, and delete them. All processing happens locally on your Mac — faces are never uploaded anywhere. Note: face scanning requires a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later).

Dup analyzes each photo for sharpness (blur detection), exposure (too dark or too bright), and resolution (tiny images). You can review results by issue type and batch-delete the worst photos. All analysis happens locally on your Mac.
